Responsibilities
  • General administrative duties
  • Handling, sorting, updating and filing of documents
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
  • Request for Quotation, Follow up Purchase Order
  • Match invoice, DO and PO, ensure correct billing prices
  • Manage organization's certifications & Insurance (Apply/Renew)
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
  • Other Adhoc work
