About the role

Singlife Financial Advisers Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to join our team in the Central Region on a part-time basis. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our office and assisting our financial advisers with various administrative tasks.

What you'll be doing
  1. Work 3 days a week to provide administrative support to financial advisers, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing meeting materials
  2. Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and efficient manner
  3. Maintaining and organising office files and records, ensuring information is easily accessible
  4. Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  5. Managing LinkedIn Account and Recruitment Portal to select suitable candidate for recruitment
  6. Performing other general administrative duties as required to support the team
