Job scope

• Manage service parts inventory and coordinate ordering of required items.
• Schedule and coordinate IT engineers for on-site, outsourced, and in-house projects.
• Liaise closely with Sales and IT teams on after-sales support matters.
• Handle customer enquiries via calls and email, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation for billing.
• Maintain accurate service records and support other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.
