Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ACMV Project Manager to oversee air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation works in construction projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge in HVAC/ACMV systems, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute ACMV works for construction projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Review drawings, specifications, and resolve design or technical issues with consultants and engineers.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, and resources effectively.
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities on technical and project matters.
• Prepare and review quotations, progress claims, variation orders, and project documentation.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of ACMV systems.
• Ensure workplace safety standards and environmental regulations are strictly followed.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in ACMV / HVAC project management within the construction or M&E sector.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, equipment, and installation methods.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams effectively.
• Good communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, quality standards, and green building requirements is an advantage.
