Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or critical environments.
• Strong technical knowledge in ACMV systems (Chillers, AHUs, VRV, BMS, etc.).
• Candidates with SCEM or GMAP certification may be considered for the Senior ACMV Engineer position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations of ACMV and mechanical systems.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Plan and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Communicate effectively with hospital stakeholders and manage vendor performance.
• Support emergency preparedness, site inspections, and safety compliance.
