Job summary

Responsibilities include managing accounts payable entries, supporting financial audits, and conducting material analysis. Responsibilities

  • Provide AP and Costing Administration support.
  • Assist in monthly financial closing and yearly audits.
  • Track and record monthly repayment schedules.
  • Conduct monthly material analysis and wastage tracking.
  • Prepare commercial quotations as needed.
  • Maintain general office duties and filing systems.

Skills

Proficient in MS Excel
Knowledge of ERP system

Diploma or LCCI book-keeping

Location: Near Joo Koon MRT (2 bus stops away)

Full time, 5 days work week

With inhouse Canteen

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for AP and Costing Administration support
  • Maintain accurate and compliance standard entries for AP with full supporting documents / AP data entry and prepare payment run, monthly AP & Inter-company reconciliation. Assist in monthly financial closing and yearly financial audit functions.
  • Track and record monthly repayment schedules
  • Monthly material and overheads analysis; wastage tracking; gathering monthly production outputs; monitor raw materials movement; raw materials aging
  • Assist on preparing quotation (Commercial) when required
  • Maintain proper filing system, general office duties and assist ad-hoc duties when assigned
  • Diploma or with LCCI book‑keeping ideal
  • With 2 years of working experience in AP / costing; no costing experience who are willing to learn are welcome to apply
  • Knowledge of ERP system an advantage
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Excel
