About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Officer (Accounts Receivable) to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena'. As a full‑time role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable and credit control processes, playing a key part in maintaining the financial health of our business.

What you’ll be doing

• Invoicing customers and clients in a timely and accurate manner
• Monitoring accounts receivable and chasing outstanding payments
• Liaising with customers to resolve billing queries and disputes
• Maintaining detailed records of all accounts receivable transactions
• Preparing regular reports on accounts receivable performance
• Supporting the month‑end close process and other accounting tasks as needed

What we’re looking for

• At least 1 year’s experience in an accounts receivable or credit control role, preferably within the hospitality industry
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and organisational skills
