We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee payroll processing, payments, and finance operations, while ensuring smooth support for audits and compliance. This role will manage the finance team, maintain accurate financial records, and collaborate with auditors and management.

🧾 Key Responsibilities
  • Approve and execute staff and supplier payments
  • Ensure CPF submissions and compliance with MOM regulations
  • Prepare and maintain audit-ready financial records
  • Lead and manage finance team operations
  • Reconcile accounts, track budgets, and report financial performance
  • Assist management in financial planning and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
  • Oversee monthly payroll processing for all staff
✅ Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 3–5 years experience in accounting or finance management
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll, CPF, and MOM regulations (Infotech)
  • Experience managing audits and financial reporting
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB)
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
