Overview

Office hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 6pm. Location: East. Status: Permanent.

Our client is a well established entity in manufacturing and distribution of parts and components for Printed Circuit Boards (PCB).

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts for Singapore branch in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly accounts and annual financial statements for Singapore branch.
• Responsible for monthly and quarterly reports for Singapore branch.
• Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines.
• Coordinate and liaise with external and internal parties such as auditors, tax agents, legal, local tax, and government authorities where required.
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (such as CIT/WHT/Tax queries), audits, etc.
• Ensure timely preparation and filing of GST quarterly returns.
• Assisting Chief Financial Officer to review customer/supplier contracts.
• Assist Chief Financial Officer to handle Group Tax (e.g, Transfer pricing) etc.
• Any task assigned by Chief Financial Officer or Supervisor.
