Job description

Responsibilities

• Handle accounting entries across AP, AR, GL, and overheads, including payment processing and Rep office accounting
• Prepare PL and BS schedules to support monthly closing activities
• Work closely with the trade accounts team on weekly data interfacing, matching, and resolving outstanding items
• Support daily cashflow tasks and perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Contribute to budget preparation (original and revised) for overheads
• Assist with quarterly GST submissions, reporting, and audit-related queries
• Be involved in accounting system projects and provide support for ad-hoc assignments

Requirements

• Minimum Dip/Deg in Accountancy with prior accounting working experience.
