Job summary

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full-set accounts for clients using Quick Book/Xero/ Auto count;
• Perform timely closing of monthly/Quarterly/yearly accounts and preparation of GST returns, ensure compliance with GST laws;
• Prepare detailed Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
• Prepare salary listing, fixed assets register and bank reconciliations
• Prepare audit schedules for auditors
• Sorting client’s accounting documents
• Email queries to client and follow up

Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in Accounting firm would be an advantage

• LCCI Level 3 / ACCA/Diploma / Degree in Accountancy/CPA/ACCA
• Software guidance will be provided by senior
• Experience in accounting software is a plus, eg Quick Book, Auto Count and Xero software
• able to work independently
• 5 working days
