Job description
Overview

This position is an Accounting/Finance Executive role focused on supporting daily financial operations and compliance. The responsibilities cover both accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) functions, alongside broader financial reporting and audit support.

Your role
  • Perform accounts receivables function such as issuing of invoices and allocation of receipts.
  • Perform accounts payable function making payments and coordinating with shared services team on posting of supplier invoices.
  • Perform checks on staff expense claims.
  • Perform bank reconciliation.
  • Perform month-end closing activities such as preparing journals and balance sheet schedules.
  • Assist in timesheet adjustments as required.
  • Assist in consolidation of data for GST/SST submission and tax submission.
  • Assist in providing information/data for annual audit.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.
About you
  • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy / LCCI Level 3 or its equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 years relevant working experience, preferably from MNC.
  • Mature, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure.
  • Good work attitude, well organized and highly systematic.
  • Attentive to details and strong analytical mind.
  • Strong PC skills & familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge in JDE accounting system will be preferred.
  • Immediately available is an advantage.
