Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective cash flow management.
• Analysis and preparation of monthly management reports
• General Ledger posting and reports.
• Team Member Business Expense Reimbursement
• Prepare, file, and submit quarterly GST/WHT returns.
• Prepare Project Claims at the month end.
• Basic Payrolls/Basic Account.
• Assist in Chinese clients’ PPT/ Proposals and be fluent in English and Mandarin for all the relevant documents, projects, contract.
• Miscellaneous reporting requests as may be needed.
