Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

Job Title: Accounts Executive

Company: Taiwanese MNC

Location: Paya Lebar

Main Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Operations :

Manage full sets of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and bank reconciliations.

Oversee petty cash, process reimbursements, and handle bank deposits for cash collections.

Perform daily credit card reconciliations and update bank balances to ensure funds are correctly disbursed and credited.

Assist with e-commerce payments.

Reporting & Compliance :

Prepare daily sales reports and annual Fixed Asset Depreciation reports for Directors / Management.

Handle quarterly GST submissions and yearly commission statements.

Liaise with government authorities and external parties regarding audit, tax, and costing matters.

Manage audit financial transactions and document control.

Inventory & Administrative :

Conduct monthly inventory stock takes, including handling disposals and asset write-offs.

File documents and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

LCCI Accounting qualification or Diploma in a relevant field.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in accounts.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Meticulous, independent, and a good team player with a positive attitude.
