Qualifications

• Must possess LCCI higher/Diploma in Accountancy or relevant accounting qualification.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting functions.
• Manage motor insurance administrative duties.
• Perform accounts payable and receivable tasks including reconciliation and coding of invoices.
• Update and prepare reports from Vehicle Financing System.
• Perform any duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Job description

1. Handle day to day accounting function.
2. Handle motor insurance administrative duties
3. Perform function of Account payable & Receivable, i.e. reconciliation, coding of invoices maintained, fix assets register, preparation of payment and monitor of import collection notice etc.
4. Update information and prepare reports from the customized software application Vehicle Financing System
5. Basic account knowledge.
6. Meticulous and comfortable working with numbers.
7. Good communication & interpersonal skills.
8. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadliness
9. To handle all other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor from time to time
