Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team in a well-established single family office based in Singapore. This role is ideal for candidates with a good foundation in accounting principles, organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of our accounting records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute banking transactions and maintain accurate cash book records.
  • Track expenses diligently by managing reimbursements and liaising with relevant stakeholders as needed, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all financial matters.
  • Liaising with counterparties to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Review invoices and quotations and perform bookkeeping tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records, files and documentation.
  • Apply basic data analytics for financial insights and reporting.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong proficiency in English for business communication.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and NetSuite.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus.
