Overview

Our client, a leading firm specializing in digital solutions for event management, design-and-build projects, as well as the fabrication of props for window displays and festive decorations, is seeking a proactive and well-organized individual to take on a dual-role position encompassing both human resource and accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Accounting

  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including invoice processing, payments, and collections.
  • Handle staff expense claims and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations and assist with financial reporting.
  • Manage GST submissions and liaise with external tax agents to ensure timely and accurate filings.
  • Support year-end audit and liaise with auditors when required.

Human Resources

  • Maintain and update employee records for a headcount of approximately 35 staff.
  • Liaise with outsourced HR provider for monthly payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including MOM, CPF, and IRAS regulations.
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, onboarding, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and other HR projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in both accounting and HR functions.
  • Familiarity with Singapore statutory regulations (MOM, CPF, IRAS, GST).
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
