Key Responsibilities
Daily Accounting Tasks
  • Process daily invoices and delivery receipts
  • Handle basic data entry of financial transactions
  • Prepare daily collection reports
  • Assist in bank reconciliation statements
  • Manage petty cash transactions and recording
  • Process staff expense claims
Accounts Receivable Support
  • Generate customer invoices
  • Follow up on overdue payments via phone/email
  • Update customer payment records
  • Assist in preparing monthly statements
Accounts Payable Support
  • Process vendor invoices
  • Prepare payment vouchers
  • File and organize accounting documents
  • Maintain supplier records
Administrative Support
  • Answer basic phone enquiries regarding billing
  • File and organize financial documents
  • Assist with monthly reports preparation
  • Support senior accounting staff as needed
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
