Job Descriptions
  • Prepare management accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis for clients across various industries, accounting schedules and reconciliation.
  • Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns to IRAS, ensuring proper reconciliation with accounts.
  • Prepare financial statements in XBRL format for submission to ACRA.
  • Assist in the preparation of unaudited financial statements, ad-hoc analyses, and any other client accounting tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure proper document filing and handle sensitive information with care and diligence.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Diploma in Accountancy/Business/Finance
  • 2 - 3 years\' accounting work experiences
  • Fresh graduates will be considered for associate level
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an advantage
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Demonstrate a positive working attitude, adaptability to change, and a willingness to learn.
