Job summary

A renowned bakery in Singapore is seeking an accounting professional to manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable and Receivable. Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Performing day to day accounting data entries
• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable, including payment processing of suppliers' invoices
• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivables, including sales/cash reconciliations
• Assist in Monthly Closing, Bank Reconciliation, GST and Audit matters
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• LCCI/ CAT/ Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Positive working attitude, willing to learn and able to multi task
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good oral and written communication skills (spoken and written English and Mandarin in order to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates)
• Prior experience in F&B environment will be an advantage
• Preferably Singaporean
