A premier home design firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage financial records and reports. You will handle all aspects of accounts receivable, payable, and payroll, along with preparing year-end financial statements. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance, along with at least 2 years of experience in accounting, particularly in Malaysia. This position demands strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and Payroll
Handle full set of accounts, monthly management accounts, and year-end financial statements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records
Prepare and submit SST filings
Monitor inventories and fixed assets records
Liaise with relevant departments to coordinate finance and accounting matters
Maintain proper document control and filing records
Perform any other duties assigned by management
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
Knowledge of accounting software and Xero systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Must have Malaysia working experience
