Job summary

A recruitment company in Singapore is looking for an Accounting Associate to manage supplier and customer invoices, handle vendor payments, and maintain accounting records. The ideal candidate has a minimum Nitec in Accounting and 1-2 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in SAP. Working hours are from 8:30 am to 6 pm, 5 days a week.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of Accounting experience, preferably in AR & AP.

Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and vendor payments.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Issue customer invoices, track outstanding payments, and follow up on collections.
  • Prepare AP/AR reports, assist in month-end closing, and support audits.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
