Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounting and Taxation Executive/Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various accounting and taxation functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory regulations, and efficient financial operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure compliance with both statutory and clients’ timelines
  • Prepare and file income tax returns for a portfolio of corporate and individual clients
  • Assist clients to prepare and file withholding tax and apply for Certificate of Residence
  • Conduct basic tax research and support compliance with local tax laws and regulations
  • Assist in responding to IRAS tax queries, notices, and routine audits
  • Strong technical knowledge of Singapore corporate income tax and GST
  • Prepare bookkeeping/accounting and unaudited financial reporting
  • Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
  • Prepare and submit XBRL financial reports in compliance with ACRA requirements
  • Manage submission of payroll‑related statutory filing to relevant government agencies (e.g., CPF Board, IRAS)
  • Experience in family office accounting, taxation, MAS matters, and regulatory filings is a plus
  • Assist in ad‑hoc duties or assignments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
  • Provide support during financial audits and respond to audit inquiries
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay updated with changes in accounting and tax regulation to ensure compliance
