Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking a mid-level finance professional to support our wealth management and fund management operations. This role will cover core accounting responsibilities, fund and management company operations, as well as coordination on tax and regulatory matters.

The ideal candidate is hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with internal stakeholders and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain full or partial sets of accounts for the management company and related entities
  • Assist with quarterly management accounts, financial statements, and variance analysis
  • Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Help with Monetary Authority of Singapore’s (MAS) reporting and surveys
  • Support annual audits and liaise with external auditors and administrators
Fund & Investment Operations
  • Work alongside the Fund Operations Manager to coordinate with fund administrators on NAV calculations, investor reporting, and capital activity when needed
  • Assist with management fee calculations
  • Support trade settlement, cash management, and portfolio-related reconciliations when needed
Tax & Regulatory Support
  • Coordinate with tax advisors on corporate tax filings, GST/VAT returns, and other statutory submissions
  • Liaise with tax advisors and regulators on compliance and reporting matters assist with regulatory filings and ongoing compliance requirements for fund structures
Operations & Process Improvement
  • Support and enhance operational workflows to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
  • Maintain internal controls, policies, and procedural documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen operational processes
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or a related discipline
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA) preferred or in progress
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in wealth management, fund management, or financial services
  • Solid understanding of management company accounting
  • Good knowledge of MAS’ regulations
  • Experience working with auditors and tax advisors

  • Experience working with fund administrators
  • Exposure to multi‑jurisdiction fund structures and cross‑border tax matters
