Job summary

A Singapore-based recruitment firm is seeking a skilled finance professional to assist in financial reporting, group consolidation, and tax compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Accounting with 3-4 years of post-degree experience. Responsibilities include overseeing subsidiaries' accounts, preparing financial reports, and assisting in the budget preparation. Qualifications

• Working knowledge in tax filing is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in group consolidation (80+ entities) and financial reporting.
• Prepare consolidated monthly financial reports and annual statutory accounts.
• Oversee monthly closing and reporting of subsidiaries' accounts.
• Prepare and submit statistics/surveys.
• Perform corporate tax computation and ensure tax compliance.
• Support in the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned by the finance team.

Job Descriptions

• Assists in group consolidation (80+ entities), financial reporting and financial analysis
• Assists in preparation of consolidated monthly financial reports, periodic results SGX announcement and annual statutory accounts
• Oversee the accounts of subsidiaries companies within the Group to ensure timely monthly closing and reporting
• Statistics / survey preparation and submission
• Ability to perform corporate tax computation / tax reporting and support and ensure compliance with all tax filing requirement
• Support and assist in Group’s annual budget and quarterly rolling forecast
• Assist the finance team in ad-hoc tasks as may be assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent with 3-4 years’ post-degree experience
• Good knowledge on group consolidation of accounts
• Working knowledge in tax filing
