Your Role on Our Journey

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with our most valuable clients, ensuring their transportation needs are met with exceptional service. The KAM will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, identify opportunities for account growth, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored transport solutions that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with assigned key accounts/clients to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives, transportation needs, and preferences to deliver personalised solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication and support.
  • Coordinate with concierge operations and driver engagement to ensure seamless transportation services.
  • Monitor service quality and address any issues or complaints promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Work closely with operations, and driver-partner engagement teams to coordinate service delivery.
  • Ensure all client interactions and account activities are accurately documented in prescribed in-house systems
