Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced professional to handle the full spectrum of Accounts Payable functions. The candidate will manage accounts for smaller legal entities and support the month end closing processes, including reconciliation and tax filings. This role involves ensuring compliance with statutory audit requirements and improving accounting systems.

• Responsible for full set of accounts for other smaller legal entities.
• Supports month end closing process including prepayment and accruals.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of Accounts Payable function
• Responsible for full set of accounts for other smaller legal entities
• Supports month end closing process which includes prepayment, accruals, updating and reconciling of balance sheet closing schedules
• Responsible for Group intercompany confirmation & reconciliations
• Preparation of tax related filings such as GST and withholding tax
• Supports statutory audit & tax filing requirements for assigned entities
• Supports improvements in accounting systems and internal controls
• Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
