Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage all financial accounts, prepare monthly and yearly financial statements, and ensure compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in cash flow management and payroll processing, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. This role is vital for supporting strategic management decisions and maintaining accurate financial records.

Qualifications

Accountant
  • Managed and maintained the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.

  • Prepared monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).

  • Processed payroll, CPF contributions, and employee benefits accurately and on schedule.

  • Monitored and managed cash flow, ensuring timely payments and collections.

  • Assisted in budgeting, cost analysis, and financial forecasting to support management decisions.

  • Prepared and submitted GST returns, ensuring compliance with IRAS regulations.

  • Coordinated with auditors and provided required documentation for annual audits.

  • Maintained accurate bookkeeping and proper accounting records for all transactions.
