Royal Ocean Marine is looking for a dedicated Account Assistant / Associate to join our client dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring financial transactions are recorded accurately and contribute to the overall success of the accounting department. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and eager to grow their careers in the maritime industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents such as invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.
  • Handle AP accounts function
  • Liaise with other department colleagues and suppliers (where necessary)
  • Assist in month end closing
  • Liaise with auditors on audit matter and audit schedules
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Possess a diploma or lower in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an accounting role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
