Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in handling and servicing customer inquiries.
• Proficiency in checking, tallying, and inputting into accounting systems.
• Ability to liaise with banks and members regarding unsuccessful transactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle payments received from members and F&B outlets.
• Generate statements and send statements of account (SOA).
• Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

Education

Accounting Diploma/Certificate/Nitec/LCCI/AAT/CAT or equivalent

Job description

Handle payment received from members & F&B outlets via AXS, Paynow, internet, Giro, cheques, credit card & etc, check, tally & input into accounting system, unsuccessful transaction to liaise with bank & member if necessary. Generate statement & send SOA. Other Ad hoc duties assigned by Manager.
