Working Hours

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays 7.30am to 5.30pm and occasional Saturday or Sunday 9.30am to 2pm

Job Responsibilities
Academic Services Duties
  • Manage the delivery of modules/courses to the approved delivery plan, school calendar and course master plan
  • Ensure proper deployment of academic staff as approved by Head of School / Chief Academic Officer
  • Plan the timetable and ensure its timely distribution to Student Services
  • Serve as liaison officer for academic staff regarding lesson delivery, distribution of materials, and coordination of lessons
  • Collaborate with the Academic team on relief teaching arrangements
Examination Duties
  • Manage examination registration for all courses offered by the School, particularly English, Preparatory, and degree courses
  • Provide students with written guidance on examination schedules, including instructions for re-sits or repeated modules
  • Organize seating arrangements and timetables for all proprietary and partner organization examinations; coordinate examination venues with Student Services. Prepare attendance lists, seating plans, and invigilators’ duties for each examination
  • Oversee the collection of examination papers for marking by academic staff, ensuring the security of all examination papers at all times. Upon return of marked scripts and assignments, coordinate couriering to partner organizations where required
  • Prepare results lists following Assessment Review Committee Meetings (ARCM), thoroughly checking all entries
  • Prepare reports; update student details and results sheets as needed, and produce the final report
  • Release examination results on the TMC portal, ensuring the security and confidentiality of the results
General Administration Duties
  • Ensure proper housekeeping of all important documents required for Enhance Registration Framework (ERF) and EduTrust assessment
  • Participate in academic division activities, assist in academic matters, prepare reports and presentations, and ensure timely circulation of documents
  • Contribute to any other activities/ project/ events and duties assigned by supervisor or the designate.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a GCE ‘A’ Level certificate or a Diploma from a recognized institution
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Ability to work independently, taking initiative to address challenges proactively
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and effective communication skills
