Job summary

A reputable HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for an Admin/Ops Executive to manage international shipments and support retail showroom operations. The candidate should have prior experience in a retail environment and basic computer skills. Responsibilities include generating shipping documentation, maintaining showroom operations, and operating 3D printers. This is a full-time position with a working schedule from Monday to Saturday, offering a salary range of $2100 to $2400.

Position title :Admin/Ops Executive
Location:Far East Shopping Centre
Working days & time: Mon to Sat 9.30am to 8pm, Sun 9.30am to 7pm (6 days work week, off on weekday)
Salary: $2100-$2400

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage international shipments for high-value items
  • Generate FedEx export labels and shipping documentation
  • Coordinate shipping insurance and required permits
  • Track shipments to ensure timely and secure delivery
  • Liaise with courier partners and internal teams
Retail Showroom Operations
  • Perform daily opening duties and general showroom housekeeping
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and professional showroom environment
  • Assist clients with after-sales services and order collection
  • Coordinate with sales and production teams
Backend & Operational Support
  • Operate 3D printers to produce models for internal use
  • Support general backend operational tasks
