Working Days & Hours: 6 Days | 9hrs/day
Working Location: Tai Seng

Job Scope

• Prepare, mix, and bake doughs, pastries, bread, cakes, and other baked items according to standard recipes.
• Measure and weigh ingredients accurately.
• Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, sheeters, proofers, and portioning tools.
• Ensure consistent product quality, taste, and appearance.
• Assist in R&D for new recipes or seasonal items (if required).

• With relevant education or at least 1 year of working experience in bakery
