Job summary

A human resource consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an Invoicing Clerk to manage customer invoicing tasks. Salary: $2500 - $2800
Working location: Pandan Loop, Clementi
Working hours: 5.5 days, Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm), Sat(9am – 1pm)

Responsibilities
  • Generate and issue accurate customer invoices based on sales orders, delivery orders, or contracts.

  • Liaise with the Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to resolve discrepancies or clarify invoicing issues.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records of all issued invoices.
