Job description

Responsibilites

• End-to-end payroll processing across assigned country entities within the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
• This includes validating timesheets, allowances, overtime, and variable components to ensure accurate and timely salary payouts.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll activities such as statutory submissions, tax filing, year-end reports, bonus payouts, and audit requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulatory standards.
• Maintain payroll records, update employee data in HRIS, and support system enhancements or automation projects to improve workflow efficiency.
• Handle employee payroll queries professionally, ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Assist in payroll reconciliations, reporting, and ad-hoc tasks when required.
