Beauty Consultant

• Provide personalized skincare, beauty product recommendations, and conduct skin analysis for customers.
• Perform basic facial treatments, makeup demonstrations and product trials.
• Drive sales by promoting beauty packages, memberships, and retail products.
• Maintain clinic/retail floor hygiene, product displays, and treatment preparation.
• Handle customer enquiries, appointment scheduling, and after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Therapist

• Provide a variety of beauty and wellness treatments such as massage, facial, and body therapy.
• Assess clients’ conditions and recommend suitable treatment plans.
• Support services for mommy clients who require basic relaxation or recovery care.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and comfortable treatment environment.
• Deliver professional customer service, handle enquiries, and assist with package or product recommendations.

Requirements

• No prior experience required, full training is provided (A-Z).
• Chinese Speaking preferred, as need to liaise with customer who only speak in Chinese.
• Strong interest in beauty line is preferred.
