Job summary

A construction industry company in Singapore is looking for a proactive IT Level 1 Helpdesk Engineer to provide technical support for various hardware and software across departments. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar IT helpdesk role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all staff members.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and mobile devices.
  • Triage and resolve IT-related issues via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Maintain documentation of support requests and resolutions.
