Overview

Accountant (Construction / Up to $5000) – Singapore Based (Ang Mo Kio). 5 Days work per week (Mon – Fri 8.30am – 6pm). Salary: $4500 to $5000. Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification, with at least 3 years working experience in construction environment. Must have full set (particularly cashflow) and management reporting experience. Experience in Sage 300 (Accpac) would be an advantage. Career Progression Opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare GL journals and manage the monthly financial close process in a timely and accurate manner.
• Cash management planning such as review cashflow forecast, ensure sufficient cash balances for operation needs.
• Responsible for inter-company and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare audit schedules or balance sheet reconciliation to ensure items are clear off on timely basis.
• Prepare financial forecasts.
• Oversees GST submission and reconciliation.
• Assist with internal and external audit processes and controls as required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
