Job summary

Abbott’s Heart Failure division seeks a Territory Manager in Sweden to drive therapy adoption, build clinical partnerships, and support expansion of innovative Heart Failure programs across Sweden and the broader Nordic region.

You will work to develop priority Heart Failure centers, achieve sales targets, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver superior outcomes while traveling up to 70%.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in the medical device industry, ideally cardiology or related high-acuity field.
• Strong clinical understanding of cardiac anatomy and cath lab / OR workflows.
• Proven sales success in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

• Drive therapy adoption and support expansion of Heart Failure programs in Sweden and Nordic regions.
• Achieve sales and market growth targets through structured account planning and execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with Heart Failure cardiologists, surgeons and hospital teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and deliver solutions that improve clinician and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinical, technical and cross‑functional teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage pricing processes, forecasts, reporting and follow‑up with high operational discipline.
