Job summary

Strawberry is seeking a Digital Sales & Marketing Analyst to partner with the Commercial Insights & Personalization team. You’ll dive into cross-channel data, uncover why sales fluctuate, and proactively propose measurable actions to improve performance across channels.

You will empower the Digital Sales team with practical insights to optimize commercial outcomes, telling the story behind the data and driving real-world execution across markets in Sweden and Norway.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital analytics with commercial acumen.
• Strong experience with digital marketing and paid media.
• Proficient in digital analytics tools (GA4) and PowerBI; SQL on the job is a plus.
• Able to translate data into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cross-channel data to identify why sales fluctuate and how to improve.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize commercial performance across channels.
• Support Digital Sales team with data-driven recommendations.
• Evaluate campaign ROI and customer acquisition, propose bold ideas.
• Lead CRO efforts by identifying conversion drop-offs and running tests.
