Job summary

Strawberry is seeking a Loyalty Program Manager to design and drive our next-generation loyalty ecosystem across the Nordics. You’ll bridge strategy, behavioral science, tech logic, and hotel operations to deliver measurable member revenue growth.

You will lead complex cross-functional initiatives, align internal and external stakeholders, and translate business goals into concrete loyalty mechanics and campaigns across the Strawberry universe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering/Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of loyalty strategy or program management experience.
• Strong understanding of behavioral economics and personalization logic.

Responsibilities

• Lead Nordic-wide loyalty initiatives from inception to launch.
• Design and implement program mechanics, tier structures, and member benefits.
• Collaborate with partnerships to deliver seamless benefits across brands.
• Coordinate with IT and hotel operations to ensure pragmatic execution.
