Job summary

Precis is seeking a results-driven digital marketing specialist in Sweden. You will independently execute and optimise tactics, analyse performance data, and provide structured client insights.

The role focuses on driving high-quality execution across paid social, search, or programmatic channels and collaborating with colleagues to continually improve client outcomes. We value experimentation and data-driven decision making, with opportunities to leverage BigQuery, SQL and marketing automation.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in the digital marketing ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience in at least one key marketing channel (paid social, search or programmatic).
• Foundational understanding of other channels to enhance overall efforts.
• Technical insight to identify and resolve operational issues in digital activities.
• Strong ability to analyse performance data and derive actionable insights.
• Experience with testing and optimization to drive continuous improvement.
• Preferred: BigQuery, SQL and marketing automations.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute and optimise digital marketing tactics aligned with strategy.
• Handle day-to-day tasks including setup, optimisation and reporting for high-quality execution.
• Analyse data to uncover trends and insights for data-driven decisions.
• Implement testing initiatives, analyse results and recommend optimisations.
• Provide clients with clear, structured insights and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate learnings into client delivery.
