Responsibilities

• Register, review, track, and actively follow up on tickets from ServiceNow and vendor reporting systems.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and simplification within support and reporting flows.
