Job summary

Accenture Stockholm is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer to design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions for clients across industries. You will work on CMDB/CSDM implementations, platform governance, and integrations with external systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Open to professionals with 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience and relevant certifications. Fluency in Swedish is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ITAM, SecOps, HR).
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Design & Development: Build and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions aligned with best practices.
• CMDB & CSDM Experience: Configure and maintain CMDB structures, enforce data integrity, and implement CSDM standards to support robust service mapping and governance.
• Platform Management: Ensure stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform through proactive administration and optimization.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Integration: Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using Integration Hub and APIs.
• Support & Maintenance: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver continuous improvements.
• Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases, CMDB/CSDM enhancements, and related technologies.

• Good understanding of ServiceNow core functionalities and CMDB architecture.
• Proficiency in workflows, scripting, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Passion for working in a dynamic, international environment.
• Proactive and driven to take ownership of new initiatives.
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or equivalent.
• Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written).
