Job summary

Devoteam Sweden, an award-winning ServiceNow partner, seeks a senior ServiceNow architect to design scalable solutions and lead transformative projects for customers. You will guide engagement from strategy to implementation with strong collaboration across technical teams.

You will also contribute to pre-sales, translate business needs into executable roadmaps, and mentor colleagues while advancing your own ServiceNow expertise in a dynamic, international environment.

You're passionate about the ServiceNow platform and what it has to offer and love to learn and explore its ever-evolving possibilities. As a senior team member, you're a self-starter who can manage your workload and drive projects forward, while enjoying the collaborative energy of our team. You're client-focused, able to understand their needs, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver presentations that resonate with your audience.

You're comfortable designing and building ServiceNow solution designs, understanding enterprise-level architecture, integrations, and best-practice application development principles on the platform. You will be able to read and debug code in JavaScript. You can manage customer interactions and work effectively with diverse team members. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
