Job summary

VOI Technology AB is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to shape and run reward programmes across markets. You will support design, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits, ensuring fairness, competitiveness and regulatory compliance.

You will contribute to market research, maintain salary structures, support annual reviews, and collaborate with People Ops, Payroll, Finance and Legal to oversee global benefits.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in human resources, business administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in an international organisation.
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits laws, regulations and best practices.
• Experience working with HRIS and compensation management tools.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to support informed decisions.
• Good communication skills and confidence collaborating with stakeholders across People, Finance, Legal and Payroll.
• Project management skills and the ability to keep processes moving with structure and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and a careful approach to documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to compensation and benefits programmes that align with Voi's strategy and support talent attraction and retention.
• Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits offering remains competitive, and share clear recommendations with stakeholders.
• Maintain Voi's job structure and salary structures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Support the annual performance review and salary review processes, helping ensure fairness, consistency and accuracy.
• Oversee global employee benefits programmes in close collaboration with People Operations, Payroll, Finance and Legal.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to develop clear communication and training around compensation and benefits programmes, policies and processes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compensation and benefits.
• Participate in cross-functional People & Culture projects as needed.
