Job summary

Voi Technology is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to own and develop our compensation and benefits area across markets. The role focuses on competitive, fair, simple, and compliant packages, shaping structures, processes and programmes to attract, engage, and retain talent.

You will collaborate with People, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure programmes are aligned with our business needs and compliant with laws and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in full-scale compensation and benefits management.
• 3-5+ years in an international company preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and best practices.
• Experience with HRIS and compensation management software.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear guidance and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop compensation and benefits programmes to support Voi's people strategy.
• Analyses market and internal data to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
• Maintain and develop Voi's job structure and internal frameworks.
• Manage recurring compensation reviews and incentive programmes.
• Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits laws and best practices.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and Legal to budget and administer programmes.
• Oversee employee benefits programmes (health insurance, pensions, wellness).
• Provide training and guidance on compensation and benefits to employees and managers.
• Support development of the employee stock option programme with Legal and stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and contribute to cross-functional projects.
