• Effective partnership with Finance and Legal.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain compensation bands across job architecture.
• Lead the annual compensation review cycle end-to-end.
• Serve as the expert on equity programs and employee participation.
• Implement and evolve compensation frameworks in line with global strategy.
• Conduct ongoing market benchmarking using data.
