Job summary

VOI Technology is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist in Stockholm to shape reward programmes that attract, retain and motivate our people across markets. You will work under the Director Rewards & People Ops to design, implement and administer fair and competitive compensation processes.

You will contribute to salary structures, oversee global benefits, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and Legal to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in human resources, business administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in compensation and benefits in an international organisation.
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits laws, regulations and best practices.
• Experience with HRIS and compensation management tools.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for decisions.
• Good communication and collaboration with stakeholders across People, Finance, Legal and Payroll.
• Project management skills to keep processes moving with structure and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and careful approach to documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to compensation and benefits programmes aligning with Voi’s strategy.
• Conduct market research to keep offerings competitive and share recommendations.
• Maintain Voi’s job and salary structures with accuracy and policy compliance.
• Support annual performance and salary review processes for fairness.
• Oversee global employee benefits programmes with People Ops, Payroll, Finance and Legal.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to develop communications and training around compensation.
• Maintain records and documentation related to compensation and benefits.
• Participate in cross-functional People & Culture projects as needed.
