Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the company’s reward strategy, covering benefits design and executive pay.
• Lead key projects and reward cycles, including compensation reviews and bonus cycles.
• Coordinate governance across HR, Finance, and leadership to ensure compliance and alignment.
• Critically review and improve existing reward processes, identifying opportunities for automation, digitization, and AI integration.
• Operate in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple high‑impact priorities and delivering results from day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or a closely related HR function.
• Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end reward processes and cycles across the full reward calendar.
• Strong project management skills, able to handle multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Background in management consulting, project management, or a similarly fast‑paced environment is highly valued.
• Commercially sharp and analytical, with the ability to transform complex data into clear narratives and strategic recommendations.
• Passion for technology, with enthusiasm for experimenting with AI tools and HR tech.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to senior executives and the Board.
